Step 1
Open Outlook and tap Get Started

Enter your full email address and tap Add account

Note: If you see Microsoft 365 logo and Microsoft account, select Not Office 365 option at the top.
Step 3
Select Change Account Provider > Exchange.
Step 4 (Auto Configuration)
Enter the email address and password and tap Sign In for automatic configuration
Step 5 (If Auto Configuration fails)
If automatic configuration fails, enter all the settings manually. These settings are provided to you in your email with the subject line: Exchange Email Setup Resources
To show all server settings, toggle Use Advanced Settings On. Server name: your Exchange Proxy server name.
